Back Office Manager commodity trading (m/w/d)

Your tasks:

  • Manage the invoicing processes and generate reports for management and sales
  • Communicate with partners and suppliers and support our portfolio management
  • Improve the workflow and business processes
  • Manage certificates and prepare documentation for audits

Your profile:

  • Work experience in back office processes, experience in energy or commodities trading is an advantage
  • Commercial apprenticeship, BSc in business administration or equivalent
  • Team player, independent, reliable and solution-orientated way of working
  • Fluent English and German (oral and written) essential, French a plus, advanced MS Excel knowledge
