How do we work?


We have many long-standing clients with whom we have worked together for years. Nonetheless, when a position becomes available, we generally meet with our clients in person for an extensive briefing. Most search assignments have the following process:

  • On-site briefing with employer.
  • Active search across all channels: established network, social media, personal contacts, and online postings on various job boards.
  • Structured interviews with qualified candidates at EVOJOB.
  • Introduction to employer, we often accompany candidates to these meetings.
  • Get references and create INSIGHTS MDI® personality profile.
  • Further interviews and, if applicable, a trial day.
  • Conclusion of an employment contract.
  • Position is filled = goal achieved.

We stay in contact with the employer and candidate throughout the entire application process and probation period. We support both parties during the decision-making process and also later, should issues arise. Our goal is to build a foundation for long-term, positive cooperation.

Outplacement / Coaching


Unfortunately, companies must let go of employees for various reasons. We consult companies on the process and support individuals in redirecting their careers. We get candidates ready to search for a new position independently.

This process includes the following steps:

  • Location determination and analysis of professional and personal competencies.
